Yes. Anyone can search the directory, open a provider profile and see live availability without an account or a card. The $10 individual plan is only for the two things that create work on the other side: posting requests and messaging providers.
Because a claimed listing is better for everyone. It has real contact details, a confirmed service area and a person behind it. We would rather have 17,000 accurate listings and sell placement than 400 paid ones and a directory full of dead numbers.
Essential is a visibility plan: it puts you higher in searches and lets you show whether you are taking clients. The add-on turns on the other half of the network, responding to requests on the board and messaging coordinators directly. That is $10/month on top of Essential, so $49/month all in. Premium includes both, so the add-on only exists on Essential.
Any time, from your account page. Upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades at the end of the current period. Cancelling a paid provider plan drops you back to the free claim, so you keep your verified listing.
You pay ten months for twelve, so annual is two months free on every paid tier: $100 a year for Individual, $390 for Essential and $790 for Premium. The posting add-on follows the same rule at $100 a year. Switch between monthly and annual whenever you like from your account page.
Your ABN, your NDIS registration number if you are a registered provider, and a current certificate of insurance. Unregistered providers can still claim, they just do not get the registration badge. Verification usually clears within two business days.
