These terms cover your use of Accessia. Accessia is run by IIRONIIC Media, based in Canberra ("we", "us"). By using the site or creating an account, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Accessia.
Accessia is a directory of NDIS providers and a place to talk to them. You can search providers, post what you need on the request board, and message providers privately.
We are not an NDIS provider. We do not deliver disability supports, we are not part of the NDIA or the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, and we are not a party to any agreement you make with a provider.
Most listings come from the public NDIS provider register. Others are added or edited by providers themselves. Appearing in the directory does not mean we recommend a provider.
We do not check the quality, safety or suitability of any provider's services. When we verify a claimed listing, we are checking that the person claiming it runs that business. We are not assessing their work. Always check qualifications, registration and fit directly with a provider before you engage them.
You need to be 18 or over to hold an account. Give us accurate details and keep them up to date. Keep your password to yourself: you are responsible for what happens under your account.
New accounts are reviewed before they go live. We can decline an account, or suspend or close one, if we reasonably believe it is fake, misleading or breaking these terms.
If you run an NDIS business, you can claim your existing listing or ask us to create one. Only claim a listing for a business you own or are authorised to represent. We check claims against the ABN register and may ask for documents such as an ABN extract, NDIS registration certificate or certificate of currency.
Once your listing is yours, you are responsible for:
We may edit or remove listing content that is inaccurate, misleading or breaks these terms.
Individual accounts are for participants, family members, carers, support coordinators and plan managers. You can browse the directory for free. A paid plan lets you post requests and message providers.
We may ask you to verify your identity with a drivers licence, proof of identity and a Working with Vulnerable People check. This helps us keep Accessia safe for providers and the people they support. The documents are stored privately and only our team can open them. See the Privacy Policy.
You decide which providers to contact and engage. You can close your account at any time from your account settings.
Use the request board and messages for their purpose: finding and arranging NDIS supports. Do not:
We do not read private messages as a matter of course. We may review them if someone reports a problem, or if we need to for security or to meet a legal obligation.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Prices are in Australian dollars, include GST where it applies, and are shown on the pricing page. Plans can be billed monthly or annually.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
We do not refund part periods. If you think you have been charged in error, email us within 14 days and we will sort it out. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
If we change a price, we will tell you at least 30 days before it applies to your subscription.
The Accessia name, logo, design and our own content belong to IIRONIIC Media. Do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
Provider register data comes from the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and is used under the CC BY 4.0 licence. Content you add, such as a listing description or a request, stays yours. You give us permission to display and store it so we can run Accessia.
We work to keep Accessia accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for:
Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to supplying the service again or refunding what you paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
How we collect, use, store and delete personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law or safety reasons stop us.
We will update these terms as Accessia changes. If a change matters, we will email account holders or post a notice on the site before it takes effect. Using Accessia after that means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory and the Commonwealth of Australia. If there is a dispute, please talk to us first. If we cannot resolve it within 30 days, the courts of the Australian Capital Territory have jurisdiction.
Accessia is operated by IIRONIIC Media, Canberra ACT. Questions about these terms go to contact@accessia.care or through our contact form.
